Your Task 

You have accepted this challenge and are willing to help him.  Timmy "The Twig" has requested you build him a weekly workout routine that stems from your research on Arnold's techniques.  Since Timmy does not have the knowledge in weightlifting, nutrition, or physical fitness ideas, you will have to develop this for him.  Your goal is to research a healthy diet he should follow and to find instructional picture images of workout exercises that Arnold Schwarzenegger may have used.  Then combine these concepts, make a 7 day weight lifting routine using the template that I provide, and develop a complete work out.   You will need to assume he will work out for 1 hour and eat up to 6 meals per day.  The end result should be a booklet of your information with detailed sections of his routine and diet divided by the 7 days of the week.  This will give him the foundation he needs for his goal of becoming stronger and healthier in the following weeks.
