The Lead Trainer and The Motivating Friend will be developing a weight lifting routine. This routine will be packed with strength lifts and exercises that Timmy "The Twig" is unfamiliar with. Your task is to collaborate with your team to understand which lifts and exercises Timmy will use and find picture frame references depicting the proper form. Timmy "The Twig" must understand proper form when working out. This is beneficial because it will help him get the most out of his work out, prevent injury, and avoid accidents in the weight room.
