The Motivating Friend

 Timmy "The Twig" has asked you, his good friend, to be his motivation throughout this process.  He has confidence in you because he knows you are experienced in the weight room.  It will be your role to keep Timmy motivated while he works out.  To do this, you will start by creating his 7 day workout plan to getting stronger.  Use the websites below to aid in researching and developing a workout.  Explore ideas with split training, pyramid sets, drop sets, and cardio workouts. Put your thoughts together based on this research and develop his plan.
